Foods brilliant great service always on time

Really not sure what has happened to KK? The milkshakes were very poor this time around, not the usual thickness, usually you struggle to be able to get it through the straw, was quite runny, didn't get my sauces I paid for so lost £1.00. Overall dissatisfied and disappointed from what is normally a great place, it's pretty expensive even for x2 special shakes (£16 - £19) after delivery, so whilst I wouldn't say it was value for money at least I paid for them knowing I was getting something I was going to really enjoy. I don't think I'll order again sadly. Pains me to write this review because they've been great in the past. Hope this isn't a cost cutting exercise because this could ultimatley end up being a lot of custom lost.
